In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zhong-Ou Hui Ke Ting Limited. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the website www.zohkt.com and the enquiries you send us by e-mail or through the site. It does not cover the websites of our partners, which we link to and which have their own policies.
3. The data we collect
- Data you give us. When you write to us: your name, e-mail address, company and role, telephone number if you provide it, and the content of your message.
- Data about a requested service. If you ask us for a proposal, for example to take part in a business mission, we collect the information needed to prepare it, such as your company’s sector and objectives and the names and roles of participants.
- Technical data. When you visit the site, the hosting server records your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request, in order to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
- Cookies. The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work: your language preference, your cookie consent choice and, for site administrators only, login cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
We do not use analytics or advertising tools, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.

5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers. Aruba S.p.A., which hosts the website and our e-mail on servers in Italy, acting on our instructions.
- Partners involved in your request. When your enquiry concerns a service delivered with a partner, we pass on the data needed to handle it, and we tell you beforehand.
- Companies and institutions you ask to meet. For business missions and delegations, the organisations hosting the visits receive the names and roles of participants.
- Professional advisers and authorities. Our lawyers and accountants, and public authorities where the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
- Between the EU and the UK. Our website and e-mail are hosted in Italy and our company is established in the United Kingdom. Transfers between the two rely on the adequacy decisions in force.
- To China and other countries. The website does not transfer personal data to China or to any other country outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom: enquiries are received and stored on servers in Italy. If a service you engage us for requires sending data to such a country, for example the names and roles of the participants in a business mission, we tell you beforehand and agree the terms with you as part of that service.

- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including encrypted connections to the website and access to data limited to the people who need it.
10. Children
The website is addressed to companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
