For Chinese companies

Strategic guidance and operational support for Chinese companies that want to enter the European market, and the Egyptian and African markets through our Cairo office.

Entering the European market

In 2025, China exported goods worth 26.99 trillion yuan, up 6.1% year on year, and remained the world’s largest goods trader, with total trade of 45.47 trillion yuan (6.35 trillion dollars).

To enter the European market successfully, Chinese companies must consider numerous factors, such as compliance with safety and quality standards and observance of legal requirements.

ZOHKT guides and supports Chinese companies through the processes needed to obtain the certifications and documents required to operate legally in the European market: CE marking for product compliance, and a European local unit with VIES registration for tax and fiscal compliance.

Entering the Egyptian and African markets

With nearly 110 million inhabitants, Egypt is the largest consumer market in the Arab world and one of the largest in Africa.

Its regulatory framework is increasingly solid and modern, and public administration and business are rapidly going digital. At the same time, e-commerce volumes are growing steadily.

Egypt is a logistics hub at the centre of Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and its trade agreements with the European Union, the Arab countries and Africa offer favourable customs conditions. Through our Cairo office, ZOHKT supports Chinese companies that want to trade, produce and invest there.
